What Eramo Needs To Prove; Rolling Stone Case Update

All the evidence has been reviewed in the Eramo v. Rolling Stone case, and now the jury is deciding on a verdict. The Jury Instructions, which is how the Judge describes the laws related to the case, were givento the jury Wednesday, November 2nd.

WUVA sat down with Josh Wheeler, Director of the Thomas Jefferson Center for the Protection of Free Expression, to learn more about the standard that former Dean Nicole Eramo (the plaintiff in this case) must reach to prove that Rolling Stone, Sabrina Erdely and Wenner Media (the defendants) are liable for defamation.
