Virginia Legalizes Marijuana

In February, the Virginia General Assembly officially voted in favor of legalizing recreational marijuana beginning on July 1st, 2021. The bill also paves the way for the commercial cultivation and retail sale of marijuana, which will begin on January 1st, 2024.
