UVA Women’s Swim & Dive Win 16th ACC Title

The Virginia Cavaliers women’s swimming and diving team won their 16th ACC Championship in Greensboro on Saturday. Their team score of 1,492.5 points set a record for best score in meet history. Junior Paige Madden led the Hoos with titles in five events, including three individual events, and was named the ACC Championships Most Valuable Swimmer, becoming the 14th Cavalier to win the award, which is also an ACC record. The championship ties UVA with UNC for most ACC championships.
