The future of the death penalty in Virginia

A bill to abolish the death penalty in the Commonwealth was introduced in the House of Delegates in December of 2019 and will be discussed during the 2021 legislative session. WUVA reporter Amelia Delphos talks to Executive Director of VADP Michael Stone about the future of the death penalty in Virginia.
