On Monday, the Black Student Union organized a walk out to “demand racial justice in all forms.” The Black Student Union stated that the incident that occurred last week involving an anonymous threat of “ethnic cleansing” is just one example of everyday racism experienced in Charlottesville City Public Schools. Ten demands were issued in this protest.
