Jordan Mack Absent at UVA Orange Bowl Practice

During the Hoos’ last practice before they take on the Florida Gators on Monday night for the Orange Bowl, WUVA was on the ground during the first fifteen minutes of practice. The Hoos appeared in good spirits and ready for the road that lies ahead.

It was announced that starting senior linebacker Jordan Mack will not play his last game for the Hoos, as he sustained an ankle injury against Clemson in early December. This is the sixth starting defensive player to go down for the Hoos this season, but hopefully with the time since the Clemson game, Freshman Nick Jackson will feel ready enough to step up to the plate to take Mack’s place.
