Atlantic Coast Pipeline: Controversy on its Last Legs?

The controversy surrounding the Atlantic Coast Pipeline, the 600 mile underground natural gas pipeline that will cross the mountain just south of Charlottesville, is almost over despite heated opposition from landowners. On October 13th, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission granted the pipeline approval, but WUVA News found that residents are still determined to challenge the approval in court.
