The transfer portal has dominated college athletics over the last couple of years since being introduced in 2018. We spoke to Griffin Kology (UVA transfer men’s lacrosse player from the University of Richmond) and UVA men’s lacrosse coach Lars Tiffany about the positives and negatives of the transfer portal and how it has impacted UVA.
