In an impressive display the Cavaliers defeated the University of Connecticut 38-18. UVa looked sharp with Kurt Benkert throwing a 75% completion rate and three touchdowns. The Cavaliers still have things to work on, they had their first turnover of the season with an interception, but there appears to be a leap in ability & consistency compared to this time last year. They play their first away game next week against Boise State in Boise, Idaho.
