Tuesday morning, UVA Basketball player Trey Murphy III announced his intent to declare for the NBA Draft. However, due to new NCAA rules, this does not necessarily mean that we have seen the end of Murphy in a Cavalier uniform. WUVA Sports reporter Lauryn Nilson breaks down this announcement.
