The Health Centers at VCU and UVA are halting gender-affirming care for patients under the age of 19. This comes after an executive order signed by President Donald Trump which stated that the federal government would not fund or support the transition of any child from one sex to another. The controversial decision resulted in a protest for the protection of trans youth outside of the UVA hospital. Sam Shibu brings you the latest.
