UVA Men’s Basketball opened their season this Tuesday at home against Towson winning 73 to 42.
The game started slow for Virginia, with Towson fighting hard to keep things close. But, with 5 minutes left in the first half UVA started accelerating.
De’Andre Hunter crashed the boards, Ty Jerome made buckets and the team played lockdown defense. As Virginia does.
UVA looked solid in their opener and will face George Washington this Sunday at home.
