Broadband internet, supplying high-speed connections, is not available to some rural Americans living right outside Charlottesville, including Heather Stertzer. Heather Stertzer runs the local business Scottsville Supply Company downtown and when she travels home the connection with her online customers is cut off. In today’s digital economy, this challenge presents a major struggle.
