The Virginia Cavaliers are the 2019 NCAA Men’s Basketball National Champions! De’Andre Hunter hit a clutch three with 12 seconds remaining to send the game into overtime and the Wahoos outlasted the Texas Tech Red Raiders 85-77, winning the first national title in program history. Hunter (27 points) and Kyle Guy (24 points) led the Cavaliers, who trailed late in regulation for the third straight game but found a way to win with their backs against the wall once again. Congratulations to Tony Bennett and the UVA Men’s Basketball team! Go Hoos!
