This past Monday the Kappa Rho Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority invited Dean of Students, Allen Groves, to give a talk on a “The Balance Between Free Speech & Bias.” In his talk Dean Groves outlined the intricacies of the first amendment, free speech, in today’s world, especially in the context following the events of August 11th and 12th. He also recalled the events of the night of the 11th.
