BeHeardCVA is a project designed by the University Welden Cooper Center for Public Service which uses a series of surveys to make positive changes on the Charlottesville community and central Virginia. Kyra Min interviewed senior project coordinator Kara Fitzgibbon and survey data analyst Mitchell Morehart to find out more about the first survey panel in the state of Virginia.
