Ty Jerome and De’Andre Hunter announced in Instagram posts Monday that they will declare for the 2019 NBA Draft and sign with an agent, forgoing their remaining years of NCAA eligibility. Both players are projected to be drafted in the first round of the NBA draft this June. While Ty and De’Andre will be sorely missed by the Cavalier community, their efforts to elevate the Virginia basketball program will never be forgotten, and WUVA wishes the best of success for both of these Wahoo basketball legends.
