The Alumni Association is hosting the 18th annual Taste of Charlottesville this Thursday, November 12 from 5:30-7:30pm in the Alumni Hall Ballroom. The event allows students to taste sample menu items from restaurants in the Charlottesville area.
This year’s Taste of Charlottesville will showcase food and beverages from Take It Away, Smoothie King, Citizen Burger, The Virginian, Sticks, and more. It will also feature dessert options from Ben & Jerry’s and Paradox Pastry. Among the specific items up for grabs are crab cake sliders, mac and cheese, fresh sushi, smoothies, and fondue.
The event is free to all student life members of the Alumni Association. Attendees must present proof of membership upon entry and those who are not members can sign up at the door.
