In a thrilling end to what has been a thrilling regular season, the #22 Virginia Cavaliers defeated the #10 Louisville Cardinals 57-54 on senior day at John Paul Jones Arena. Kihei Clark drained a three-pointer with less than a minute remaining to put the Hoos up four points and Virginia closed the deal with a few classic shutdown defensive possessions to win the game and send off seniors Braxton Key and Mamadi Diakite on top. With the victory, Virginia has won eight consecutive games and clinched the #2 seed in the ACC Tournament, which begins Tuesday in Greensboro, North Carolina. UVA will face the winner of Notre Dame and Boston College on Thursday night at 7pm.
